Lava launches A51, A76+ smartphones with 3G, 4G support, prices start at Rs 4,199

Domestic mobile handset maker Lava on Thursday launched A51 and A76+ smartphones at Rs 4,199 and Rs 5,599 respectively. Both the smartphones were spotted on company’s official website and are expected to hit the stores soon.

The smartphones run on Android Marshmallow and will compete against the brands like Reliance Lyf, Karbonn and Intex. While A51 smartphone comes with 3G support, the A76+ supports 4G VoLTE.

The Lava A51 sports a 4.5-inch FWVGA display. The smartphone is backed by 1.2GHz octa-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. The phone comes with 8GB internal memory, which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.

Lava A51 flaunts a 5MP  rear camera and VGA front camera which with LED flash technology. HDR, photo-timer and grid are some of the other features coming with the camera. The dual- SIM device comes with 1,750mAh battery size and has connectivity options like Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, micro USB port and GPS.

The second phone launched by the company is Lava A76+ . The 4G VoLTE enabled smartphone comes with 4.5-inch FWVGA display. The device is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM.  It has 8GB ROM, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

Lava A76+ sports a 5MP front and rear camera with LED flash, digital zoom, HDR and photo timer features. The phone packs in 1,850mAh battery and supports dual SIM. The phone also has a 3.5mm audio jack and has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi  as other connectivity options.

The company recently also launched  Lava X28 smartphone at Rs 7,349 with 4G VoLTE support. The phone  a 5-inch display and is powered by 1.2 GHz Quad Core Processor along with 1GB RAM for multi-tasking. The smartphone has 8GB onboard memory which can be expanded up to 32 GB. Lava X28 offers a dual SIM support and is backed with 2,000 mAh Li-ion battery. The phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop.
