Salman Khan’s suggest H M Saraswat stated that there are some contradiction in the written statements and the video recorded statements of the three eye-witnesses Harish Dulani, Poonam Chand and Chhogara.
“With those recorded statements, we desired to expose in the court docket that there is a distinction in each the statements, which can be essential to show the innocence of Khan”, stated Saraswat.
