NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading on a mixed note in Thursday’s morning session.

Shares of Prestige Estates ProjectsNSE -0.48 % (up 3 per cent), Phoenix Mills (up 1.80 per cent), Oberoi Realty (up 1.35 per cent) and Godrej Properties (up 0.09 per cent) were trading with gains.

Indiabulls Real Estate (down 4.23 per cent), Sunteck RealtyNSE 2.81 % (down 2.97 per cent), DLF (down 2.83 per cent) and Sobha (down 2.29 per cent) were trading lower.

The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.73 per cent down at 265.50 around 10:18 am.

Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 78.75 points at 11,039.25 while the BSE Sensex was down 256.06 points at 37,225.06.

Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 12 were trading in the green, while 37 were in the red.

Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, Ashok Leyland, Dish TV India, Wipro, ZEEL, UPL, Tata Motors, Bank of Baroda and PNB were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
